This refund policy applies to California Real Estate Practice.

Refund eligibility and refund amounts for purchases on this site.

Eligibility Rules

1. Full refund before starting. Refund 100% of the amount paid if within 30 days of purchase and you have not started any included course. Access is revoked when the refund is processed.
2. Partial refund after starting. Refund 10% of the amount paid if you have started an included course and at least one included course is still incomplete and within 3 days of first course start. Access is revoked when the refund is processed.

If your purchase does not qualify under one of the eligibility rules above, it is not eligible for a refund under this policy.
