Course Description:
This course provides instruction in the fundamental principles required for California real estate salesperson licensing. Topics include property ownership, land use controls, agency relationships, contracts, financing, appraisal, taxation, and real estate mathematics. The course is designed to meet statutory/pre-license education requirements and to prepare students for the California real estate licensing examination.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Students may cancel enrollment and receive a full refund within thirty (30) calendar days of registration, provided the final examination has not been attempted. No refunds will be issued after the thirty-day period. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@123accelerated.com.

Student Enrollment and Completion Requirements

Students may enroll in any number of courses, subject to the following DRE regulations:

  1. A single correspondence course may not be completed in less than two and one-half (2½) weeks, regardless of the number of schools attended.
  2. No more than two correspondence courses may be completed within a five (5) week period.

*Completion time is measured from the date the student is granted access to course materials to the date the final examination is successfully passed.

  1. All courses must be completed within one (1) year from the date of registration. Failure to complete the course within this period requires re-enrollment and compliance with current course requirements.

Final Examination Retake Policy

A student who fails the final examination may be permitted one (1) retake using a different final examination containing different questions. A student who fails the re-examination is not eligible to receive course credit. The student may re-enroll in the course and must successfully complete and pass the final examination to receive a course completion certificate.


Correspondence Course Identification Requirement

Immediately prior to the administration of the final examination, students must present one of the following forms of identification:

  • A current California driver’s license
  • A current California identification card issued pursuant to Section 13000 of the California Vehicle Code
  • A government-issued or recognized real estate-related trade organization identification issued within the preceding five (5) years that includes the student’s photograph, signature, and identification number
